IAP for Individuals and Leaders
Our programs support individuals in strengthening psychological resources, self-management and conflict management skills, mental resilience, as well as communication and negotiation competencies.
We combine evidence-based psychological techniques with individual consulting and coaching to strengthen key competencies for growth, performance, and well-being.
Our Programs
- Stress Management 1: Identifying and Strengthening Personal Resources (2 sessions of 2 hours)
- Resilience 1: Staying functional when times are tough. (6 sessions of 2 hours)
- Breaking Unhelpful Habits 1 (weekly sessions)
- Goal Setting and Goal Achievement 1 (2 sessions of 2 hours)
IAP for Organizations
We develop and deliver evidence-based training programs, workshops, and seminars for organizations and institutions.
Our Programs combine psychological insights with practical methods to strengthen communication, negotiation, conflict management, and leadership competencies, as well as effective collaboration.

- Conflict Communication (1.5 Day Workshop)
- 12 Exercises for Psychological Well-Being (12 Monthly session of 2 hours + self-application)
IAP for International Development Cooperation
We design and implement psychologically grounded training and capacity-building programs in the context of international development cooperation.
Based on psychological research, our programs strengthen individual resources, promote sustainable development, and support long-term societal and socioeconomic transformation processes.
